Over my 18 years in LKSD, I have taught multiple grade levels from 3rd to 8th depending on the changing needs of the school and community. Working in a rural, Indigenous Alaskan community I have been able to develop many skills and participate in unique opportunities such as several curriculum committees, art liaison, CHAMPS coach, trained as a NASP Coach, First Lego League Coach.
