With over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am a Sr Principal Architect at AT&T, where I design and deliver innovative and reliable VoIP and Unified Communications solutions for Fortune 250 customers.
I've collaborated with ATT Labs and Operations to develop Cloud Voice offers which integrate the core SIP infrastructure with the leading UCaaS and Contact Center Cloud platforms accessed via AZURE, AWS, Google Cloud and the public internet.
My significant projects include AT&T's integration with MS TEAMS Operator Connect and Direct Routing solutions. I've integrated AT&T to several of the major contact center platforms. In 2023 I performed integrated testing with the Iconectiv Registered Caller database and am currently working on the MS TEAMS Enhanced Mobile project.
I'm considered one of the few SIP trunking subject matter experts within AT&T and have presented at many internal training events over the years. I've authored several technical documents. guides, and have contributed to internal online information repositories.
I've worked extensively with AT&T Labs to support STIR/SHAKEN over the AT&T integrated wireline/wireless core networks. I've extended the AT&T LABS test infrastructure into the 'Proof of Concept' Lab where I've conducted feature testing over the past 15 years. I've also reproduced customer field issues and am a tiered resource to sales to explain complex concepts to our customers.
My goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a quality service with exceptional performance. I am passionate about advancing the technologies of SIP integration, Cloud Voice integration and the latest advances in Unified Communications.
