I worked with customers such as Agents and Members regarding medical, dental, and vision claims and eligibility. I first started out as a medical claims processor for the first 5-6 years. from there I was promoted to a Correspondence representative by taking calls from providers and members regarding billing and claims. I was in this position for 4 years and was than promoted to an elite team called Concierge. In this area i was trained on working with agents and members regarding any and all claims processing issues as well as enrolling and terminating members in benefit when needed. I was taking several calls a day and successfully answering all questions promptly and correctly. I have excellent customer service phone skills . I also have knowledge of computer systems and can work in teams as well as microsoft an microsoft edge. In summing this all up i do have 24 years in customer service.
