- Filler Operator, to do hourly checks on bottles making sure weight is correct for size bottle. Checking temperature making sure is at a temperature that kills any bacteria that could be harmful to our customers.
- Record bottle count, no caps on bottles, cocked caps and low fills.
- Record filler temp , filler speed, hold tube and return tank.
- These check are done on a hourly basis. then entered into computer.
- Flavor changes are done according to schedule. New flavors are taking to QA lab. and ran through a system to check Brixs making sure product is of good quality . Once cleared product is ready to run. Checks are then entered into system and new filters are placed in filter housing.
- Sanitation is done every 30 hours to remove all mold build up, Machine is sprayed with foam and sanitizer.
- Train new operators on safe and efficient production procedures and proper machine operations
- communicate with other departments to optimize production workflow.
