  • Leadership & Management: Directed the comprehensive operations of behavioral health and wellness organization, including Geriatric, General Adult, and Intensive Care , as well as a full-service outpatient clinic. Ensured the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintained operational excellence across all service lines.
