As a sales associate for new and used cars I sell through a process of finding the right car for the customer.I discuss desired features,colors,budget and time line to purchase. Once the right car has been found and a complete walk around is done, the customer is offered a test drive. I accompany the customer on the test drive which gives the opportunity for me to demonstrate the safety,handling,technology and entertainment features on the vehicle.

Upon return from the test drive,typically numbers will be worked on the vehicle. Many times the car deal will involve a negotiation process.

Once a price has been agreed upon I make sure that the proper paper work is signed and that all necessary documents collected from the customer.

Then I make sure that the vehicle is detailed correctly and presented to the customer. I do a full delivery each time.

In addition,I also contact sales leads with the goal always being to get them to the dealership. I also follow up with sold customers to make sure that they are happy with their purchase and answer any questions that they may have.

For twenty months straight I have maintained a customer satisfaction rate of 97% while holding the highest gross in the sales department. I typically sell between sixteen and twenty cars a month.
