Commercial driver of a residential garbage routes. Duties include pre trip paperwork, collecting residential trash, delivering to landfill, unloading truck, & working overtime hours in extreme outdoor elements, & operating as efficiently as possible. • Performed post-trip truck inspection, cleaned cab of any trash or spills incurred en route and turned in vehicle condition report.
• Positioned and returned container on customer's property with lids and doors properly replaced and containers located without risk of obstruction traffic flow or driveway entrances.
• Collected route as outlined in route sheet, documenting changes or obstacles to job execution through written descriptions and attachment of photos taken with company camera.
• Verified assigned truck fully-fueled and safe to operate and required paperwork on board before leaving yard.
• Inspected trucks prior to beginning routes to verify safe operating conditions.
• Refueled trucks and added other necessary fluids such as oil and hydraulic fluid.
• Executed and performed daily safety and maintenance checks on garbage truck and related equipment.

• Own/Operate a mini farm/homestead. Raising a variety of animals, eggs, & bakery items.
• Recommended products to customers, thoroughly explaining details.
• Assisted customers with setting appointments, special order requests, and arranging merchandise pick-up.
• Maintained customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies focused on addressing customer needs and resolving concerns.

• Maintained GA commercial driver's license to enable legal operation of school buses for student transport, field trips and other purposes.
• Adhered to scheduled routes and accomplished timely drop-offs and pick-ups to comply with preset route criteria.
