Working as Onsite lead, Few of my major activities in the project are Creating and maintaining the JIRA/Rally/ServiceNow board for all the tickets/User stories.
Provided training to team and stakeholders to reskill/groom on AEM, Akamai, ACS and other application for project requirement.
Working directly with users/clients to resolve any User queries and supporting multiple integrations with different other applications.
Responsible for leading technical, business and nontechnical team to meet project goals and timelines.
Collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze source data, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Managed all SCRUM activities like tracking backlog, daily standups.
Guided cross-functional teams in planning and prioritizing work within defined sprints, ensuring smooth execution and fostered self-organization and transparency within teams to meet sprint goal.
Supporting the Product Owners on refining the product backlog, enabling longer-term work visibility for reporting to delivery and management.
Created multiple components, template, workflow, experience fragment and content fragment using AEM technologies as per client requirement.
Delivered all the stories with achieving all related KPI's all in every sprint on time.
Created the whole site structure inside AEM and supported authoring for multi region and multi language website.
Created multiple OSGI configurations and Services to utilize those configurations in the application.
Designed and drove the implementation of complex integrations, enabling seamless user management through Salesforce Commerce Cloud APIs.
Also automated content creation from external REST API for dynamic AEM site pages creation (e.g., press releases, blogs) and achieved significantly reducing manual authoring effort.
As per adobe best practices worked on Sonar Cloud issues related to code vulnerability, security and accessibility issues etc..
Perform code deployments using Gitlab pipeline and Adobe Cloud Manager.
Supported the marketing team with Adobe campaign standard application also with all their requirement related to any component enhancement or introduction of new component.
Analyze production issues implement solutions, or suggest a workaround, and close the issues in time to ensure support as per the given SLA.
Collaborated with front-end developers and content authors to define content structures, templates, and workflows within AEM, ensuring efficient content management and delivery.
Ensured compliance with industry best practices in software engineering processes.
Documented technical specifications for all developed applications.
Conducted code reviews to ensure quality standards were met.
Managed a team of 20 developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
