- A registered channel partner of DELTA, BANNER SENSORS ), PROJECT: 1 Maintain Over Head Water Level That Should Not Run Under Dry Condition
- The objective of the project is to steadily maintain the overhead tanks water level
- No tower should run under dry condition
- Water filled to the overhead tanks from sumps
- A remote PLC is provided for each tower
- Float switches are used as inputs to the plc
- One main PLC will always monitor the remote PLC inputs and checks the status and runs the pumps as per the requirement
- PROJECT: 2 HIGH SPEED LIQUID FILLING MACHINE
- It is a liquid packaging application
- The objective is to packaging of processed milk as per the selected quantity
- Servo is used to get high precision on pouch length and increased speed
- I-mark sensors are used for better sealing length
- 5” DELTA make HMI is used to comfort the operator to adjust the machine as per requirements
- PROJECT: 3 AUGER FILLING MACHINE
- It’s a solid filling machine used in packaging of granules and solid powders as pert the required quantity
- Two servo sets are used to complete the machine along with one plc of required I/Os and HMI
- HMI is used to set the setting of the machine and to select the packing quantity
- PROJECT: 4 OXIDATION ROLLER TEST (SPM)
- Machine is used to test the oxidation effect on the object as per standard procedure
- PLC is used to execute the machine logic with two channel analog output module
