Persistent and resilient Ph.D. Candidate developing new ways to increase sensor data to improve the accuracy of hurricane forecasts. Designed optimal constellations using CubeSats to monitor hurricanes in data starved region of the Atlantic warm pool and leveraged the advantage of distributed sensing achieved by satellite formations to improve sensor data quality. Developed optimal strategies considering all-electric propulsion to counteract various orbital perturbations acting on the CubeSat constellations.
