Nationwide engineering responsibility for new business launches, facility openings, and building maintenance in a start-up environment - implementing new clients with expedited timelines, generating revenue in excess of 70M. Additional responsibilities include:

• Lead resource in launching 125k sq. ft. green-field facility including ultra-cold storage.
• Execution of facility restructuring; repurposing multi-client DC's and redistributing existing business and assets throughout network.
• Support of inaugural application of robotic picking.
• Assistance in driving executive decision making by providing and maintaining key metrics to drive growth and reduce costs.

Engineering Project Manager responsible for implementations of new clients launches, facility openings, and new technology projects - including conveyance & sortation, warehouse management & execution systems (WMS/WES), robotics solutions, and storage and capacity modeling.

• Managed vendor/integrator relationships including Geek+ ,GreyOrange, Locus Robotics, AHS/Hytek, etc.
• Delivered projects at or under budget, requesting and managing capital in excess of $55M.
• Created functional tools and reports across network via Oracle SQL, SQl Server, and MS ODBC platforms; manipulating data directly from warehouse controls systems, warehouse management systems, and warehouse execution systems.
• Oversaw opening of 760k sq. ft. B2C retail distribution center with $25M installation of conveyance and automation.
• Onboarded and coached industrial engineering new hires and interns.

• Applied analytics to assist leadership in decision making processes, creating SQL based reports published in Tableau and internal AWS programs.
• Enhanced customer experience by reporting SLA metrics and proactively issuing concessions.
• Provided engineering insights to new verticals to improve productivity (product slotting, identifying MHE needs, etc.)

• Oversaw process improvement initiatives for 5 distribution centers.
• Project Manager for implementation of new
  business; Receiving business plan and executing design, installation of automation, building readiness (electrical, data, security, etc.…), and full end to end
  account implementation.
• Implemented production tracking process of warehouse control system to report data on individuals; developed automation report
  communication of data to management staff on hourly basis.
• Responsibility for $8M+ in capital expense.

• Engineering responsibility for two 700k sq ft. DCs.
• Identified cost savings and cost avoidance measures through detailed observation, reporting, and turnkey tools improving operation's cost per hour and cost per unit; Estimated labor and material savings over $500k.
• Implemented expedited processes to remedy aged order tails during peak seasons.
• Evaluated staffing and MHE needs to meet peak season SLA's.

• Engineering support for 3 facilities totaling 14 accounts.
• Conducted time studies and used work measurement tools to set labor standards and created associated productivity tracking.
• Provided account layouts and slotting for new business.
• Coached and assisted employees with adapting to new processes.
