
I had been working at banquets and at a restaurant for over 3 years. I started out as a host and a banquet server, I had already became very capable of serving in my time there helping out everyone else and running food but had to wait until I turned 18 so I could officially be a server. Once I did become one I excelled and Quickly became one of the best in the place. I had also been promoted to banquet manger, where I would make sure everything is ready and going smoothly through my the event weather it be a 180 person wedding or a 20 person company dinner. I am also quite skilled at holding multiple plates, trays, glasses.
