Dynamic professional with a background in hospitality and education. Skilled in training staff and ensuring exceptional customer service, leading to improved team performance and guest satisfaction. Eager to leverage expertise in a new role focused on child development.
During my time at The Learning Garden, I made sure that the children were supplied with everything they needed, and that they were safe. I also lead some lesson times and worked on lesson plans for the children during the day. As a part of my job, I would also work with parents about lesson plans, or anything else that would concern them about their child.
As a hostess, I was in charge of taking care of our guests and ensured smooth dining for all. I was also in charge of training new employees, making sure they were well-trained in order to maintain the restaurant and create a stress-free environment for our guests. As I continued to work at Oli Pollo, I became an assistant manager, meaning I would open and close, handle any financial decisions, food deliveries, and cooking while my boss was off.
As a receptionist at Evolution Performance, I was in charge of making reservations for anyone who wanted to come in. Another one of my duties was making sure the gym area was safe and sanitized for our members to enjoy. I was also in charge of handling any new memberships and plans, along with other training programs, as well.
All throughout high school, and now in college I chose to give back to my community by volunteering. It has always been something I am really passionate about, and I think it is important to connect with those around you.
Another thing I am passionate about is traveling. I have been to several different countries, and I enjoy learning about new cultures and the history of another place.
I graduated as valedictorian at my high school
