I was a generally high performing student in school with a 3.85 gpa. I involved myself in activities and lead many of them serving in some leadership capacity for 6 years. Nowadays most of my time is spent in my church leading in various capacities and teaching.
I was promoted and placed outside the main entrance where it was my responsibility to make sure the staff I managed were greeting guests as they entered. We offered many services outside of just holding the door for members and guests. Such as, transportation of clubs and guests to various places on property. Luggage storage and helping unload cars. Along with other smaller tasks we were the face of Firestone per se.
In this four year elected position, my job is to help ensure that the school district has a treasurer and superintendent and that they are running the district efficiently.
I spent my time personally interacting with guests and meeting any requests or needs they had. We offered shoes services where I would clean & repair golf shoes as polish dress shoes. I also attended to overnight rooms that needed to be cleaned after each guest as well as taking care of the bathrooms and showers making sure towels and amenities were provided. My department was a catch all meaning just about any task you could think of that involved guests we were doing it.
I spent time checking in hearing aids and making repairs. Also, during this time I helped the audiologist with anything that was needed around the office such as cleaning or filing paperwork.
I’ve spent a lot of my time working with guests and customers I have great communication & leadership skills Those two things help me take initiative on making the customers experience the best it can possibly be when solving issues or answering questions
