I started my career at Pearl Harbor using CNC mills, manual lathes, water jet, boring mills, and manual mills to manufacture and refurbish smaller submarine parts while holding tolerances. The latter part of my career I worked on large CNC lathes in which I would refurbish the submarine shafts which required holding a tighter tolerance.
