
Acting as first point of contact and lead within Groundworks' educational cannabis center, dispensary, warehouse and production sites. Training new hires, implementing team leadership, acting as Manager on Duty, providing top-notch customer service, proper bud weighing, POS operation, administrative duties such as fulfilling Flowhub orders, resolving customer concerns and complaints as they arise, troubleshooting METRC discrepancies, recording approved client data retention, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Responsible for traveling to different shelter sites to provide mental health and coaching services to residents from diverse backgrounds (LGBTQ+, BIPOC, reintegration, more). Implementation of trauma-informed care in 1:1 sessions, acting as liaison for client to referral service outreach, facilitation of problem solving, crisis intervention services and safety checks, administrative duties such as operating HMIS, ServPoint, recording medical intake data, maintaining accurate logs and shift reports through web-based portal, front desk reception, providing first aid, occasional minor building maintenance/upkeep and other duties as required.
Maintaining public safety and providing community outreach in the tri-county area via the Reimagine Public Safety Initiative, performing welfare and medical checks, referral/resource connections for those seeking services regarding houselessness, addiction recovery, domestic violence, health and housing services and more. Training new hires, field leadership and navigation of 2-6 person rotating teams, public code education and public speaking, crisis intervention, performing life-saving measures jointly with Portland Fire and Rescue, report writing/editing, dispatching, clerical duties such as report writing and initiating emergency reports via OCC as necessary.
