  • MX: Worked as project lead with 2 software contractors and 1 technician in implementing encoder feedback system, as well as cooling system, and absolute home cycle to improve capability of cell to push parts to +/- 0.0005”. Increased capability from CPK 0.27 to 1.63, reduced Engineering setup time by 95%, improved UPH for all product manufactured in cell by ~ 62%, reduced scrap of all products by ~ 28%
  • Series 18: Worked with customer in modifying process limits to improve throughput, yield, scrap, and rework. Increased product yield by 20%
