  • Developed a 3-year School Maturity Model with the alignment of GoK and ensured the need assessment of 100 schools so that the theory of change can be framed to impact the learning outcomes of 75000+ students of 3 districts.
  • Collaborated with three states' governments- Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura to design and manage a natural resources conservation program and developed a Preliminary Project Report (PPR) for the world bank funded project on Natural resources conservation with livelihood generation through the in-depth study of existing natural resources and demography of 3 northeastern states and facilitating a state-led working session for the co-creation of state-wise PPR.
  • Developed a scalable and sustainable implementation strategy through targeted design thinking for the domestic foundation so that Atal Jal Bhujal Yojana can have on-ground community ownership in the State of Gujarat.
  • Enabled two AbhY-selected District Implementing Partners with efficient project management to support the collaboration with the foundation, Arghyam.
  • Led the 3-organisation partnership to ensure community partnership and ownership in the implementation of the centrally designed scheme – AbhY in 216 villages of Gujarat by integrating a channel of support through learner-centric content, weekly virtual sessions, and digital attestation.

  • Collaborated with the Government of Jharkhand on the Adarsh Vidyalaya Program and managed 6 partner-led collaboratives (KEF, Dream a Dream, and Quest Alliance) to integrate Social-emotional learning-based curriculum and content in 110 Adarsh Vidyalaya schools across 24 districts of Jharkhand, impacting 50,000+ students.
  • Provided Project Management Unit (PMU) support to Community-Led landscape projects, Government of Meghalaya and Arghyam.
  • Engaged with the Government of Meghalaya on providing project management, implementation, and strategy support for their World Bank-funded project CLLMP.
