SME in AWS Workspaces (Windows) Services
All major AWS client supported.
Working as a cloud support engineer to provide support to customer using AWS’s dedicated VDI solution, “Workspaces”. I help customer to setup workspaces, configure it according to the needs, image creation, MFA setup using Radius or SAML IDs such as Azure/OKTA and SSO using Certificate based authentication.
I also help customer to set up Entra ID, configuring Intune and integrating AWS workspaces with Entra ID, subsequently resolving their related issues, say about Windows Auto-pilot enrollments etc
Apart from that I also handle the cases on services like, “Directory Services” which helps customer to manage the On-Prem directory integrated with AWS or AWS managed AD. Help cust to integrate AD services with other AWS services such as RDS MYSQL, Postgres SQL, setting up Windows Authentication for MYSQL and Postgres SQL etc.
I also Service like “AppStream” which is a service to seamless deliver applications and non-persistent desktops, much like VMware’s RDSH solution.
I work on File share services such as “FSx for Windows” and “FSX file share for Netapp’s On TAP”. I work extensively to setup these file shares according to AWS best practices, configuring Data sync/snapmirror, any auditing/data deduplication/shadow copies etc for required file shares.
I am a certified AWS Solutions Architect Associate and certified AWS Developer Associate, so I have a fair idea about almost all AWS services, even though I don’t directly work on these. Have basics knowledge about Code Pipeline, Code Build, AWS Lambda, AWS API etc.
