Accomplishments

For 31+ years of employment with the Sterling Police Department I have been fortunate to work in and gain a vast amount of knowledge and experience. There is not a position in the department I have not worked in or been associated with. This experience has not only fostered and grown my abilities with-in the department, but has also allowed me to work with many outside agencies from local, State, and Federal agencies. Those experiences with outside agencies further helped to show, from an outsiders perspective, policies and relationships that can further Sterling Police Departments professional growth and day-to-day operations.
