Note: All seafood Refrigeration Engineer jobs were seasonal. Maintain and repair all refrigeration equipment including 11 two hundred HP screw compressors and 1 eighty HP screw compressor. Verticle plate freezers, chillers, North Star Ice machine and 2 smaller horizontal rolling drum Ice machines. Kitchen and cafeteria equipment as needed. Assist with pump and motor electrical.

Maintain and repair all refrigeration equipment in a seafood processing plant including blast freezers using screw compressors, north Star Ice machine, refrigerated trailers. Assist with conveyor belt motors and electrical systems.

Maintain and repair all refrigeration equipment including 560 HP ammonia system, blast freezers, cold storage, SW chillers, North Star ice machines and delivery/rake sytems.

150 HP IMS blast freezers, evaporative condensers, air purgers, Vilter mini screws compressor for ice plate freezer. Air compressors and dryers. 100,200,300 HP steam boilers and associated burner controls, water safety's, condensate return pumps and piping. All pre season cleanouts and maintenance procedures. Combustion analyzing. Steam commercial laundry equipment. Retail store refrigeration equipment. kitchen and cafeteria equipment. All electrical issues including 3 phase motors to 460 volts, defrost controllers, safety alarms etc. Chlorine systems. Occasional refrigeration repairs on fishing vessels.

Maintain and repair all HVAC/R equipment including Walk in coolers and freezers, kitchen & cafeteria equipment, Phnuematic building controls, steam to water heat exchangers, hydronic pumps and motors, VAV systems, air handlers, fan coil units, exaust blowers, water treatment, weekend rounds including boiler maintenance.

• Assessed efficiency of HVAC and refrigeration systems and provided feedback to customers.
• Installed heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment and tested for proper operation.
• Serviced electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and microprocessor controls.
