• Implemented effective strategies to improve communication between the head coach, players, and parents. Created and distributed bi-weekly Trojan Baseball Update newsletter containing practice and game schedules to parents and players. It also has “Golden Nuggets” on how to be an asset to the team. The Trojan Baseball Update increased communication and ensured that parents, players, and coaches were all hearing and seeing the same message.
• Developed clear communication strategies for fostering understanding and compliance with the expectations of baseball etiquette and conduct across grades 1 to 12. Created the Trojan Way to play the game, which is rooted in the love of Jesus Christ.All students participating in Trojan baseball learn the Trojan Way.
• Recognized a need for program accountability. Designed the Parent, Player Covenant to ensure clear expectations are set and followed across the baseball program.
• Built capacity for student athletes to lead teammates in devotions and prayers. Built a weekly devotional opportunity for players to share the gospel and their experiences with their teammates.
• Recognized opportunities to foster leadership skills and empower young athletes within the varsity team. Created a Leadership Council composed of class representatives. Athletes have an opportunity to be a leader beginning in their sophomore year. They have specified roles and responsibilities as leaders. This empowered younger players to take on leadership roles and increased accountability.
• Ensured efficient inventory management and procurement of baseball equipment and travel essentials.
• Created and distributed a comprehensive baseball wishlist to engage the baseball community.
• Raised over $50,000 on North Texas Giving Day 2021, 2022 and 2023

• Recognized a void in the sports recruiting industry and built a nationally known company that has helped over 1000 athletes play their sport at the college level.
