I found out what the markets wanted by interviewing and winning over many of the top chefs in the nation, and was able to win large accounts for this company.

Was in the process of problem-solving while adding a new product to their existing potato line.

Teaming up with their dispatch contact, I found out they were losing money on the return semis.

I was in the process of picking up sweet potatoes and this would give them a whole new product line to add to their already existing products.

New school that was overfunded by a million dollars and our community was outraged...they had no funds for a playground, books for homework or a library, and no school assemblies.

With a team, we had huge fundraisers and were creative and walked carefully with our community while acknowledging their feelings of overspending yet needing funds for the kids.

Also, I would participate in class and help kids with struggles in any of the learning areas.

In addition, I was a homeroom mom for 6 years, and each holiday I would give the teacher a break and give the student a wonderful time of fun and games. This helped everyone with burn out and made school fun.

I could not devote and be good at anything with young kids, so sadly I gave up a growing career to devote my life to raising my own two kids. They are my greatest joy, and my biggest challenge to this day!

It was a choice I do not regret and I value the knowledge and personal growth I gained on this road.

As an at-home mom, I had to become efficient where I was needed in our personal businesses. One moment I am taking care of sick kiddos, to helping with homework, to playing, to then sports. While always being flexible to plug in at a moment's notice of working on our own companies where I was needed.

My kiddos no longer need me now, and they are self reliant at homeschool so it has allowed me to shift back to wanting a new road of plugging my skills and talents in.
