I retired in September 2021 from a management position with meals-on-wheels in the city of Philadelphia. I have extensive food service experience but am also willing to learn. I am organized, dependable and enjoy working as part of a team.
In 1998, I was hired as a Special Projects Coordinator in PCA's Nutrition Unit. Responsibilities included performing sanitation inspections of senior center meal sites and hand-on training of meal site staff. Promoted to Program Manager in 2005. I was responsible for overseeing budget and contract compliance of the assigned senior center programs in the city of Philadelphia. Promoted to MDC Manager in 2015. In this position, I was responsible for the overall operation and staff of the PCA home-delivered meal program.
Direct supervision of food production and service staff for multiple sites in a medium-sized school district. Accountable for total operation.
