Covering unit that has up to 32 patients, answering calls lights directing staff to the patient room
- Overhead paging codes/rapid responses
- Calling in stat lads for pick up
- Spinning and processing patient labs for pick up
- Thinning charts for medical records
- Emailing or calling unit manager of any concern on the unit
- Training new unit secretary to the faculty and job duties
- Assisting other unit secretary with some job duties
- Assigning Staff into Opilink and assisting supervisor with scheduling
- Giving tour of RML faculty to new patient family member.
