  • Follow all health center policies and procedures on patient confidentiality/HIPAA and all health center-wide guidelines
  • Knowledge of OCHIN functions to enhance workflows, such as sign in functionality, arrival reports and front desk dashboard
  • Manage the day to day check-in/registration quality monitor program scoring the staff's customer service delivery, accuracy and efficiency of registration and check-ins
  • Work closely with UCHC's billing outsource vendor to identify staff error trends and areas for improvement
  • Responsible for the content of the Friday morning staff meetings/ trainings
  • Provide input to staff performance appraisals and corrective action or performance improvement plans as needed
  • Assure that Central Registration/Check In staff are productively working during their assigned shifts and attentive to patient needs
