• Cerebral palsy
• Muscular Dystrophy
• Brain injuries
• Congenital abnormalities

Provided nursing for a foster care pilot program for infants to 3 years of age who required 24-hour care due to being technologically dependent, including, but not limited to:

• Maintaining patency, changing, and suctioning of tracheotomy tubes
• Troubleshoot ventilator issues and modify settings as per doctors orders
• Administering CPAP and oxygen therapy
• Preparing and delivering TPN via central lines
• Provided both gastric and jejunum tubes medications and feedings

• Administered medications according to the established guidelines while monitoring for side effects.
• Responsible for changing trach tubes and mantained ventilators.
• Provided tube feedings: NGT, GB, JB
• Modified Nursing Care Plans as per physicians orders
