Obtained report, vital signs, administered medications, provided wound care, provided trach care, administered tube feedings, assisted residents with activities of daily living, etc.

Obtained pre-determination clearance for outpatient procedures, high dollar injectables and medical equipment. I assisted in pre-certifications for inpatient hospitalizations and the need for home health services once discharged home and for continuation of home health services if needed.
