ClearShift- Hired as consultant to prepare owner to transition to new car franchise and DMS conversion. Audited and cleaned up all balance sheet items and created new processes for all departments and built accurate and reliable reporting tools.

Managed two divisions wholesaling GM and Ford accessories in Colorado, Utah, Montana, and Washington. Prepared and transmitted financial statements for both divisions and the parent company. Managed daily accounting as well as HR and corporate payroll/tax deposits, and State & Federal tax returns.
