• Practice generalist obstetric and gynecologic care including labor and delivery and care of high risk obstetrical patients in a tertiary care setting.
• Work with midwives in a collaborative practice model where patients cared by a physician/APC partner.
• Provide back up obstetrical care to midwives for consultation and operative vaginal or cesarean delivery and management of intrapartum and postpartum obstetrical emergencies.

• Developed and implemented safety tracking, training and management programs for Atrius Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates offices and four hospital practice locations.
• Collaborated with administrative and practice leaders in a management group to focus on quality and safety issues and resolve systems issues identified during RL review process. (eg. process-related, equiment, special circumstance related (covid))
• Lead, organize and ran OBG quality and safety review committee reviewing cases each month collected from RL safety events.
• Led Root Cause Analyses for safety events.

• Represented Obg at monthly central quality meetings sharing ideas and collaborating on larger quality safety issues for the overall practice.

• Lead for HVMA BWH hospital practice 4 locations comprised of 12 physicians and 10 midwives plus other office based advanced practice clinicians. line processes to maintain consistency in quality, quantity and presentation.
• Recruited, hired and "on boarded" new physicians providing direct supervision, ongoing staff development and mentoring.
• Conducted monthly practice group meetings which addressed operational and clinical issues.
• Wrote and conducted all physician annual reviews.
• Met with the Chairman of OBG at BWH hospital monthly to review practice stats and identify any areas for concern or improvement.
• Managed individual clinician work related behavior issues and provide counseling and resources for improvement.
