- Assist in development of annual budgets by working closely with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
- Enhance financial reporting accuracy by streamlining monthly closing process and implementing improved reconciliation procedures.
- Document cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses, and line of credit transactions.
- Complete daily cash functions like account tracking, payroll and wage allocations, budgeting, donating, and cash, and banking reconciliations.
- Provide journal entries and perform accounting on accrual basis.
