My volunteer activities with american Red Cross earned me Red Cross Nurse status. With the Red Cross I check in blood donors once a week. I also volunteer at Piedmont Hospital in many capicities. To be a nurse you need clinical skills but also excellent customer service skills. Being a nurse in hospital and home health for 30 years I have been able to fine tune my customer service skills.
