- Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders into Chewy healthcare software.
- Responding to large volumes of calls, emails and chat, often times multitasking in between interactions.
- Utilizing the point of sale (POS) system to transact all products with the correct SKUs for produce and other unique items.
- Applying coupons to transactions when applicable, and familiarizing myself with weekly sales.
- Engaging with customers to guarantee satisfaction and an overall positive shopping experience.
- Neatly and appropriately organizing retail floors in accordance to the retail floor plan model.
- Bagging groceries and properly grouping items together that will not result in damage.
- Processing returns that meet the Publix Promise pledge, which guarantees the satisfaction of all customers.
