* Partner with producers to support the servicing of their accounts. Marketing efforts, Account Marketing Summary. Quote, binding, and invoicing accounts, in addition to policy issuance.
* Grows revenue by successfully counseling clients on additional lines and services.
* Process applications, cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, and other related policy activities.
* Handles direct sales opportunities from consumer inbound inquiries, including the development and delivery of sales proposals.
* Communicates with clients via phone and email in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Ensures that complete and accurate client, policy data, and documents are maintained.
* Ensures full client satisfaction by offering options, resolving problems, and initiating timely follow-up.
* Provide clear and effective communication with clients, internal teams, and underwriting.
* Responds to client/retailer requests for policy changes, billing inquiries, and verification of coverage, cancellations, audits and premium finance.
* Maintains follow-up and suspense files on outstanding orders, correspondence, claims, renewal expirations, and follows up on overdue and suspense items.
