  • Design, train, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism, focusing on improving deficits in communication, social, and adaptive skills.
  • Provide supervision and oversight to RBTs, including RBTs collecting hours to become a BCBA.
  • Leading monthly parent meetings to discuss treatment progress, ensure generalization of skills, and provide training on ABA strategies.
  • Update and review behavior intervention plans, progress graphs, and treatment goals regularly to ensure alignment with clients' developmental milestones.
  • Design and lead monthly training sessions for the RBTs, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinating with outside providers, including teachers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and feeding therapists.
  • Provide support with case management, and serve as a mentor for BCBAs within the region.

Members of the Innovators Circle are individuals that consistently push the boundaries of reaching as many children as possible, demand the highest of clinical standards to those they serve, adheres to best practices despite challenges and becomes visible in the company due to their strong leadership qualities. Members of the Innovators Circle is by invitation only when there is agreement amongst leadership that the BCBA is identified as a pioneer and driver of positive change.
