In 2015 I was hired as a seasonal associate in Men's Suiting. I accepted a postion as a commission shoe sales associate in January of 2016.

In August of 2017 I was promoted to a Captain's position in the Intimate Apparel Department.

From there, I was promoted to the Women's Shoe Lead position in November of 2017. I stayed in that role until March of 2019 where I was promoted to a Global Lead Position. This position involved supporting the Sales Managers in both A and B buildings. In addition, I was in charge of the fulfillment department.

In July of 2021 I made the decision to stop working full time and became a Flex Associate.

In 2022, my flex hours morphed into more full time hours. Fulfilled role as temp SMM throughout 2022 Holiday Season.

Was responsible to design and implement best practices to a) Get goods to the floor quickly b) Set up a schedule for all associates to be responsible for portions of the floor to keep clean and stocked c). Devise a structure to handle mark downs, getting them processed and on to the clearance area.

Our planning office was basically set up on paper except for the software provided by our broker/dealer. Implemented setting up a server for client contacts, created secure e-mail system. Researched all compliance rules and set up our digital office to comply with yearly inspections from State and Federal Regulators.
