  • Pat is celebrating 30 years at IBM Consulting and has worked in the Insurance Sector for most of her career. Pat has spent time understanding our client’s business and culture, while bringing teams who build trust and work in partnership with our clients.
  • Pat has been working with carriers to help them transform their business. She has helped clients as they improved their business processes, helped in business acquisitions and conversions in the Life, Group and P&C Insurance space, and has been very involved in Core business transformation and legacy modernization.
  • Pat’s specialization in the Core Insurance and Operational area has allowed her to focus on application and data modernization, cloud transformation, Mfaas, application support, intelligent automation, and Gen AI across the insurance value chain.
  • Pat’s most recent work has been in leading the transformation and transition efforts, related to bringing in a 4 million block of Life Insurance business, with all the associated technology needed to run and support this business within the IBM Insurance TPA as the acting CTO.

  • My first love is family and the support they have given me over the years, and my second passion is the IBM extended family, with such dedicated and supportive teams.
