Two jobs: In the morning I worked in the RTV's department( return to vendor)
This consisted of taking calls from buyers concerning merchandise that was shipped incorrectly or broken, etc. When we received the item back, I check the warehouse for a replacement and shipped it to the consumer.
The second job was the receptionist in the afternoon. I answered calls and questions, directed calls to different departments, greeted visitors, gave out applications, made work badges, did some paperwork.
Contacted buyers/vendors; kept track of merchandise; created PO's; sat in on meetings with vendors; set up vendor meetings; lots of paperwork involved
