• Pathlight Behavioral Health, Responsible for Operational Support Services for PHP/In Patient and hospital projects. Ensure that KPIs are met or exceeded daily. Assist in establishing SLAs for workload requirements including but not limited to Insurance correspondence, claims, data transfers to and from the clients, remittance tracking, verification of data and reporting functions. Develop recommendations to change system policies, process and procedures.
