Monitored status of students using progress monitoring protocols to determine efficacy of interventions.
Assessed literacy needs of school by reviewing student data and current curriculum. This led to the decision to implement a new writing curriculum.
Organized school-wide events such as Literacy Night, The Scholastic Book Fair, Battle of the Books, school-wide and classroom reading events, promoting a passion for literature within the school community.
Curated a classroom library of new and relevant titles that inspires students to read.
