I am a 1st pattern maker with production pattern making experience. I worked directly with the Designers creating patterns from a sketch, inspiration photos and with original store sample. I am experience with draping on a dress form and drafting flat patterns. I also scan the pattern in to the computer and complete the pattern in the computer. Create a sew sheet including garment specifications. I excelled at Kellwood Company by rapidly adapting to new technologies and committed to continual improvement to enhanced operational efficiency. Skilled in computer Gerber version 13 applications and communication. I consistently met tight deadlines, proving to be a dependable and flexible team player. I work closely with sample cutters and sample makers to ensure a viable showroom sample. Revise and update any changes necessary to the pattern and sew sheet to keep the yeild and sew instructions updated and current. Along with the Designers and Technical Designers fit samples on the fit model and make correction to the pattern.
