Accomplishments

A dedicated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner as well as registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in CCU, Emergency Medicine and Cardiology, providing high quality of healthcare on all types of patients. Have mentored RN & NP students in all aspects of critical care and emergency patients. Experience as a ARNP has included Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Cardio-Thoracic surgery and Virtual Medicine for minor problems in Family Practice. I have spent the last 5 years in Emergency Medicine as a RN and the last 7 years as a ARNP in Virtual Medicine. While working as a ARNP, I achieved a reputation for rapidly and accurately treating patients with several medical conditions under stressful situations and decreasing length of stay of both in-patient and ED patients.

Additional Information

As you can see, I worked for Em-Care in several hospitals in Tampa Bay and along the Western coast of Florida to help out where needed. This was to cover other multiple shifts as a ARNP in the ED where there was a need. I recently moved permanently to NC and am working as a RN in the CCU while trying to obtain a position as a ARNP. I'm a FNP, but experience has mostly been ED and cardiac related.
