As a paraprofessional I deliver personalized educational, behavioral, and emotional support to individual students to enable positive learning. I document student behaviors, interventions, and outcomes. While collaborating with teacher to create customized classroom environment integral to students' needs. Pertaining to visual aids, equipment, and classroom displays to support.

As an office assistant, I have learned how to use various software programs, such as KidKare, Procare, and Foreceipt. My tasks consisted of entering data into the programs, updating child files, and keeping record of financial receipts.

As a daycare teacher, I interacted with children that were up to 5 years old. I interacted with parents during drop-off and pick-up times. My tasks in this position were to teach the children, keep them on track of the daily schedule, prepare meals, set up for nap time, and maintain cleanliness.

As a student intern, I learned how to support children one-on-one with the guidance of Master Teachers. My duties included active play time, group activities, snack time, and outdoor activities. Alongside, courses work encouraged active involvement of appropriate developmental tasks based on age group to retrieve data. Data collection consisted of anecdotal and running records.
