managed over 7000 properties (this includes the Timeshare, Peppertree Resorts)

did a 5000 mail out each year to all Peppertree Resort owners

kept the website up to date on both annual and weekly rentals

handled all maintenance repairs

did weekly reports and monthly

collected rent money for annual and weekly tenants

made deposits

printed owners, vendors and security deposit checks monthly
