  • I was the installer service specialist in the Burnt Hills N.Y. Location until March of 2024. Then transferred to the new Amsterdam, NY store until my retirement on January 31 2025.
  • In my job duties I was responsible for getting the customers orders ready for delivery.
  • I also checked in freight and put it away.
  • I was responsible for doing the shop returns for my accounts, also responsible for making sure their payments were applied to their accounts along with account returns being applied to their account.
  • Also responsible for putting new accounts in the computer and sending proper paperwork to corporate.
  • Also I went and did sales calls and got to know my accounts.
  • I was also responsible for making sure their payments delivery drivers knew where accounts were, and making sure their payments pulled the correct parts and get them out the door in 5 minutes or less to get the parts to the shops.
  • I also ordered parts from outside vendors to get the parts to the customer.
  • Along with these responsibilities, I also opened the store, ran reports, did the daily deposit, and make the change order if needed.
  • I also did cycle counts to make sure inventory was accurate.
