Crestwood Behavioral Health is a 100 bed inpatient facility for clients with mental health issues, many also with substance abuse.

I planned and implemented group activities special events and outing. The groups were therapeutic, social and educational to prepare clients for community re-entry. I was certified through Crestwood to instruct DBT (Dialectal Behavioral Therapy).

I developed client care plans, including: assessments, goals and objectives.

Providing Independent living skills to individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Skills to parepare for independent living or to maintain independent living successfully. These skills included learning to manage a budget, pay bills, simple cooking, housing keeping/cleaning. Also assist with doctor appointments, grocery shopping, etc.

I provided cares plan and goals and objectives for the individuals I served.

Crestwood Center which is now known as Crestwood Behavioral Health. The job description was much the same as describe above for Crestwood Behavioral Health. The name of the facility has been updated, but the cliental and the program remain much the same.
