Patricia Santoro

Under the direction of a BCBS , I help to implement behavior analysis to clients, typically with autism to help improve their skills and behavior. I collect data and record clients behavior during therapy sessions to track progress and help make adjustments to the treatment plan. I am comfortable communicating with BCBS , families and others in tne team about the clients progress and needs.

I helped assist in 3k and UPK and other classrooms we needed . I was involved in aftercare implementing lessons and activities with a team of teachers. I was also comfortable adjusting from one environment to another maintaining calm and accepting any challenges that arose. I helped with front of the house answering calls and speaking with families. I was very comfortable being around children with needs and found myself with a heart to learn more about their world and make them comfortable adjusting to school life.

I was a UPK teacher assistant. I helped assist and support the teacher in all duties in the classroom. I attended PD Days. I made sure children did all required activities and was comfortable communicating with families.

I worked side by side with a DOE teacher. I helped with daily routine and schedule of the children in our care.

As a lead teacher I oversaw daily routine routine schedule progress of children. Was clear and comfortable in speaking with parents about their children's progress and maintained a clean and welcoming environment for the children.
