  • Worked in multiple departments as Human Resources, Inventory, Administration, and Operations. Responsibilities I was given:
  • -Handling payroll and ensuring employees are properly clocked in and out for their work week. Ensuring CA Break Policy is being followed as well as giving those their hour premium pay for any violations.
  • -Creating a schedule for employees of over 65 crew members. Scheduling accordingly saves staff dollars but brings results to the building in focus areas of Quick, Clean, and Friendly. Checking daily we are staying within the Staff Dollar budget from the amount of attendance the theater gains throughout the business day.
  • -Meeting Hiring Goals monthly and training within a short amount of time.
  • -Creating orders for inventory and receiving invoices for both food and alcohol along with equipment the building received. Make sure that orders were according to the amount of attendance the building is predicted to receive the following week.
  • -Ensuring bills from outside vendors were paid by corporations or needs to come from the building budget. Email Vendors for service or call 3rd parties to ensure to charge the building budget correctly. Contact our food vendor for credit when damaged items or receive credit.
  • -Doing Peer Audits for the entire building in regards to all departments holding the rest of the management team accountable and making a game plan to improve. Checking in with results afterwards to ensure consistency.
