· Responsible for answering customer inquiries regarding their accounts, rates and services offered.
· Process customers order accurately into the data system, including any time requirements and/or restraints to ensure prompt deliveries and service requests.
· Timely communicate with customers in response to questions regarding delivery status and /or service requests
· Provide support to customers’ questions and concerns and de-escalate the calls when needed.
· Continually maintain in-dept knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures, services offered and current and new product lines to minimize the need to redirect calls.
· Timely response to all BBB and Attorney General Office on customer issues.
