Leadership

"You don't wake up to be mediocre."

By virture of the profession teachers are leaders. My leadership goal is to ensure that every student reaches their potentiaL. I am ambitious for collective potential potential mentorship so, I am inclusive to build on diverse skills, knowledge and culture. This was demonstrated when I   inspired  90% of staff members to sponsor one of what became 25  extra curricular activities. Moreover, I engaged in mentoring opportunities as an  adjunct to support student body.  In addition, I gravitate to serve on academic committees, participate in professional and union trainings and responsibilities. The creation of The Dynamis Institute, Inc., firmly demonstrates my commitment to empowerment. Ultimately, I see creativity and innovation as visions for the future. My cross sector expertise has enabled me to be fully acquainted and knowledgeable on a plethora of curriculums, digital systems, software and best practices. A leader,  I am able to visualize a problem as a creative and innovative opportunity and  an acceptable challenge and opportunity for growth. A risk taker, I think "outside the box" because I do not fear failure.
